We accept bank transfers (upon request for most orders) and all major credit and debit cards securely and easily through paypal. No charges are made for payments through paypal. All prices listed are inclusive of VAT. Goods are dispatched as soon as payment has cleared unless stated otherwise.
You do not need a paypal account to pay by credit or debit card. Credit and debit card payments are processed by paypal straight away like any other payment processor, so you do not have to wait to have funds deposited to your paypal account before your order is processed. Although the process is fast simple and straight forward in most cases if you have any problems or questions regarding paying with paypal please feel free to call us on 01772 718137 and we will be happy to talk you through the process.

Currencies
You can view the shop in different currencies bu choosing the currency code of your choice. Currency conversions are estimated and should be used for informational purposes only rates are taken from open source standardized feeds. It is just to give you an approximation and your actual exchange rate will be decided by the payment processor you choose. All payments are taken in British pounds GBP. If your currency is not available simply let us know and we will add it to the widget 
Telephone Orders
Although we are happy to help you with any questions you have by email or telephone, unfortunately we cannot take credit cards over the phone, we have thought about this and may add this option in the future but at the moment due to the added cost, issues with fraud and potential charge backs and processing times with telephone credit card charges, we as a small business could end up with cash flow issues very quickly. The added time of processing credit cards on the telephone will also cost us in extra staffing which would force us to increase our prices and also make us, as a small business vulnerable. So we appreciate your understanding in this area and if you have any issues with paypal we are always happy to arrange your order via direct bank transfer in these cases.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion. However, this will only happen in exceptional circumstances as we appreciate and of course want your business!
