Serendipity Retail is a small family owned, online only, retailer, created by myself after giving birth to my son and becoming a work at home mum, this was something I always wanted to do and it was in 2006 that I originally had the opportunity and time to do something about it. I wanted to make a difference and provide a shop that offers high quality products with exceptional customer service.
Some items are stocked, some are sent directly from the manufacturer. We try to keep our stock lists upto date but in the very rare occasion that the manufacturer has run out of a particular item before we have been informed or updated the shop and your order has been placed, we will let you know as soon as possible (normally within hours of your order Monday-Friday). However, if it is an urgent important order, I would advise emailing us in advance, just to be sure, with the item/items and size you require and we will email you back within 24hrs. Our official office hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-12pm Friday
If you have any problems or questions please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help, email is best as we can assess your question and craft a detailed response, check specifics etc and get back to you with a valid, informed reply. If you are in the UK, you can leave your number and we can call you back and discuss your question, give you relevant information etc.
