As a user of this website (referred to as you or your), you acknowledge and accept that any use of this website, including any transactions made are subject to our terms and conditions set out below.

Terms of Sale

General

We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Legal Compliance

Our returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor. Contracts between businesses are not governed by these regulations.  Please see our policy below for further details. All policies outlined do not affect your statutory rights.

Products

Products on this site are subject to availability and we reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel any transactions. In the event items ordered are not available we will inform you as soon as possible via email. You will have the option to amend your order or receive a full refund. Title to any products ordered will only pass to you on delivery. Every care has been taken to ensure that description, colour and specification are representative of the product but individual variations may occur which users of this site must be aware of and accept.

 **Please note we cannot accept returns of swimming costumes. trunks and swimming nappies for hygiene reasons.**

Delivery

All delivery terms are subject to stock availability

Standard Despatch

Goods will be despatched to reach UK mainland customers within 7 working days from receipt of order, subject to availability. Although we quote goods will be despatched within 7 working days from receipt of order, we endeavour to send orders out on the next working day.

Standard delivery charges are for deliveries to the UK mainland only.

Special Delivery Despatch

To take advantage of this service you must order by 10.00 a.m. Monday to Thursday and by 5p.m. on Thursday for Friday despatch.

Please note a Friday despatch is not guaranteed for a Saturday delivery. We do not operate a weekend or bank holiday despatch service. Weekend orders will be dealt with on a Monday and Bank Holiday orders will be dealt with on the next working day.

Please note this is a signed for service and items will not be delivered without a signature to confirm receipt. This service is subject to availability of goods and is only available to UK customers.

Deliveries outside of the UK mainland postal zones will vary in price please contact us with your address for a quote before you make your order and to let us know how many items you require.

Within Europe the charge for one item [signed and tracked] is £11.00 you can purchase one item directly through the shop however please contact us with your address for a quote if you wish to purchase more than one item. Items are sent via airmail and take from 5 days for delivery however please allow for upto 2 weeks.

For the Rest of the World the delivery charge per item is £15.00 [signed and tracked], you can purchase one item directly through the shop however please contact us with your address for a quote if you wish to purchase more than one item. Items are sent via airmail and take from 5 days for delivery however please allow for upto 2 weeks.

Returns

Damaged, Defective or incorrectly despatched goods

We must be informed by e-mail if any items arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly despatched within 3 days of receipt, at which stage a replacement item and return of the original item will be arranged.

We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to recover postage fees and expenses from you.

When you send your item back to us, we will process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return. In the case of damaged, defective or incorrect items you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period

By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, then you can return the item for a refund or exchange, but this is done at your own cost and original postage paid will not be refunded.

We will not offer refunds or replacements of any items when contacted after 7 working days after the item was delivered.

Returning unwanted goods:
Unwanted goods should be returned within 7 days of delivery. You should post them, unworn and undamaged. Please contact us via email using the contact form provided on our contact us page and we will advise you of the address items need to be returned to and your reference order id. Please include your reference and order id along with your name, address and reason for return in your return package.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery..

Refunds for unwanted goods:
Providing that we receive unwanted goods in unworn and resalable condition within 14 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

All items must still be sealed and unused in the condition it was sent to you. In the event that the item is returned in an unsaleable state, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Our Privacy policy is simple we will not sell customer details to any other organisation. We will keep your details on file simply for reference purposes. We will only send you mail regarding your transactions or news when you subscribe to our mailing list, which you can easily unsubscribe to.
